My job revolves around constant interaction with people. It all began when I started helping my family sell sugar cane juice at night markets at the age of 10. Despite my initial shyness, I gradually overcame my fear and began to enjoy engaging with diverse individuals. The interactions developed my curiosity about how people think and what decisions they would make.I love listening to customers to understand their needs and thoughts. To facilitate efficient order management and timely fulfillment, I initiated the creation and optimization of tailored customer files. These files serve as repositories for up-to-date customer data. Actively engaging with customers, I ensured that their unique requirements were well-organized within the data.In my diverse career, encompassing roles as an account receivable analyst, customer service officer, logistics executive, and product development executive, I have enjoyed every position. While the challenges of being a newcomer in product development were undeniable, I am thankful for myself for having the courage to explore different job scopes and work in companies of varying sizes.
