With a person-centered attitude and sincere faith in psychotherapy, backed up by a Master’s degree in counseling psychology and additional training in the Treatment of addictions and substance abuse disorders, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dance and Movement Therapy, Play Psychotherapy, and other evidence-based approaches, I strive to provide high-quality counseling for my clients struggling with anxiety, and depression, anger management, stress, and other mental concerns. In my in-person work, I emphasize the connection between body and mind to help my clients become more aware, conscious, whole, and balanced in addition to cognitive work and systemic changes. In my Telehealth work, I prefer Solution-focused, Cognitive, and Rogerian therapy (as needed). As a result, my clients learn to understand themselves better, find new ways to deal with old traumas and current issues, and increase their level of self-esteem, mindfulness, and alignment with their Best Selves.
