As Division F Director, my job was to lead and support the division through the supervision and support of the area directors. My primary goal was to ensure that each club achieved its mission and fulfilled its responsibilities to its members. Other responsibilities include community relations, leadership training, online event production, creating newsletters, social media management, recruiting and chartering new clubs, and all non-profit executive committee responsibilities.

As a public speaking instructor, I worked with volunteers, teaching them how to craft their own United Way story. We practiced extemporaneous speaking and audience engagement.

As a summer school public speaking instructor, I traveled to assigned local middle schools and introduced students to the art of communication. Students were taught how to become comfortable with standing in front of the room speaking. They learned how to craft a speech and engage their audience.

As area director, I was the information conduit between clubs and district leadership. I helped 5 clubs meet the mission of helping 70 members grow personally and professionally. By analyzing various reports and my own club visits, I was able to coach each club's executive committee in achieving Select Distinguished club quality and performance.

As the President of VKI Personal Development, I created holistic health education programs and services that supported holistic health and fitness professionals in life and in business. I presented more than 50 wellness talks at churches, colleges, and universities and produced more than 150 episodes of a weekly wellness radio show.

As an AmeriCorps Marketing and Community Engagement VISTA at YELLS, Inc, I helped increase capacity by creating a social media strategy and implementing a marketing plan that increased likes of Facebook from 15 to 600, online fundraising increased by 800%, and ESL (English for Successful Living) adult student enrollment increased from 3 students in 1 class to 35 students in 2 classes. The 102 community classes and events I organized and recruited attendees for helped us mobilize when essential funding was threatened. The spreadsheets and reports I created for the organization's leadership team help them measure and communicate its impact.

As resident Holistic Health Coach on the Night Watch Expressions program, I produced health & wellness segments that empowered listeners to live optimally. - Produced more than 150 live radio segments- Interviewed 100 health and wellness professionals- Completed 600 volunteer production hours- Provided community engagement at local venues around Atlanta

As an award-winning Marketing Specialist for Whole Foods Market Detroit, I performed all functions related to store-based marketing and community relations including but not limited to; coordinating hundreds of In-store tasters, events, and wellness education seminars. My work inside and outside of the store contributed to my team breaking grand-opening records and becoming a global model.

As a guest services and membership sales associate, I provided customer service excellence and converted hundreds of guests into members. From busloads of students on a field trip to extravagant galas, my team and I assured the entire family enjoyed each experience in the DIA, one of the top 5 museums in the United States.
