In 2009 I founded LincC Holding BV / LincC Portal BV / LincC Foundation.The main goal was to scout young entrepreneurial talents among students and recent graduates and link them to students of Technical Business Administration / Commercial Marketing / Industrial Design etc. We did this in competition of the so-called Pitch Your Business Events. Because a good business idea is only successful if technology, commerce, design and marketing are inextricably linked. This creates a complementary group that, together with an experienced entrepreneurial coach from LincC, greatly increases the chance that the new scale-up will be a success.For this I wrote an extensive business plan, did an extensive lobby, looked for investors and finally after approval I started. Deloitte and DSM were the sponsors with 3 LincC Portals in the Netherlands, namely: Maastricht, Arnhem and The Hague, LincC Holding BV was founded and operational in 2010.During this period we have set up an exclusive organization and have seen many scal-ups grow into a solid company.

My goal was for all Limburg educational institutions to participate in this project.Since 2010, Limburg has had a professional organization in a lasting relationship with educational institutions, the business community, provinces and municipalities.I have realized the following growth: - from 20 to 100 student companies - from 200 students to 1000 students - from 40 to 250 volunteers - and a total amount of sponsoring up to 750,000 euro- and a full time job for 1 young reginal coordinator

After the bankruptcy of TPA in 1995 I made a restart from TPA Geotechnics BV to GEOtechnics Euregio BV. After difficult lobbying, I was able to convince all clients and employees and take them to my new Company.TPA Geotechnics BV was the foundation of TPA and from day one in 1985 up to and including the relaunch until 1997 it has only generated big profits. This allowed us to do business and take risks with TPA Systems BV with an innovative measurement revolution in the industry. Because we were the so-called early adapter, we unfortunately did not make it and that is just part of entrepreneurship.When peace had returned and I had the time to look for a good takeover party, I decided in 1997 to sell this BV in an asset transaction with all personnel and clients to Datelnet BV in Den Bosch.

Innovating & Sustainable Entrepreneurship.In the early nineties I was already aware of creating innovative technological solutions. See where there is a need for innovation and find new solutions with the latest technology. Or .... just dare to think differently, out of the box, apply new methods that lead to new products and / or services.With our own capital, we have developed, produced and marketed a measuring method with a specialist team. Using a laser and a CCD chip in combination with lenses, we were able to measure without touching the product. At the time, we had numerous publications with this innovation with the headline "Untouched by human hands"

With over 5 years of experience as an employee at Syncrude Oil in Fort Mc Murray Canada and at Bayer Chemie in Leverkusen Germany, I started working at PDM Engineering and Coman consulting engineers in Heerlen in 1984. My position involved setting up a new Industrial Measurement and Control department at Coman and realizing turnkey projects in collaboration with the existing mechanical group of PDM.As an Intrapreneur (the entrepreneur in a company) I realized this and our first multidisciplinary project was to build a new advanced Natron plant for Solvay Chemie in Herten. At the time I was part of the project management team and was responsible for the entire control and measurement and regulation installation with a budget of 2 million guilders. In the process I was triggered that year that I could also do this for myself. And so, after the completion of the new building, I took the plunge and set up my own engineering firm at the end of 1985. The private company T.P.A. Holding BV, which stood for Technicians in Process Automation.
