My main role consisted of coordinating works of different subcontractors in an effective and efficient manner that is meant to facilitate the smooth delivery of complex multi million projects bringing together inputs of world leading manufacturers from different part of the world.

As Chief Technical Engineer, My main Roles was to liaise with the Sales and Marketing Team to Audit/Analyse Customer's operation procedures in order to understand his security needs that will define the requirement the proposed integrated security solution.Responsible of Planing, Design and Implementation of major Security Projects for Different Client of YAMASEC Limited, i proudly designed and supervised the installation of an intelligent integrated IP CCTV solution at the Entebbe Airport Control Tower with the Ugandan Civil Aviation Authority ; Built and maintained an Hybrid security and Evacuation System at American School in Uganda; Planned and Designed an Automated remote Alarm Monitoring for residences staff members of a World Leading Oil and Gas company among many other Projects.

Responsible of finding New customer for the company's Services and Products, I was in charge of presenting the company's Products to Prospecting customers through presentations, Live Demonstration during Exhibitions and Expo Events. I was in charge of preparing quotation, writing Proposal, submitting Tenders and Bids, negotiating sales contracts on Behalf of the company and collaborating with the technical team for the effective and efficient installation of the purchase solution. Building relationship with the customer through After-sales services, Routine preventive and corrective Maintenance as well as operator trainings.
