Project manager

As project manager within BT responsible for managing the Cytec integration into the BT managed Solvay WAN network. During the project I was responsible for:-Management of quoting, ordering and delivery processes of all circuits and routers,including configuration and migration;-Project planning;-Governance (management, meetings and reporting);-Escalations during the whole project, from delivery to implementation;-Internal and external stakeholder management.

As ICT consultant I was involved in multiple activities:-Outsourcing of mobile device management to a new supplier;-Describing and implementing a process for testing and implementing Windows updateson clients and servers;-Creating a project plan for improvement of the structure and governance of usermanagement;-Managing the deployment of new clients to the organization;-Managing several smaller changes, which improved the management and efficiency ofthe ICT.

As project consultant I had various responsibilities for implementing the new IT Service Catalogue:-Analyzing the impact of the new structure of the IT Service Catalogue on the currentasset management system and CMDB;-Creating the transition plan for moving from the old service catalogue to the new servicecatalogue;-Creating project planning;-Creating go-live planning;-Creating the change management plan.

As ICT consultant I was a member of the IT Asset Management project, which was implementing an asset management application for all countries. -Management of the data migration of the CMDB;-Management of the requirement phase;-Planning, management and execution of testing;-Planning, management and execution of user training;-Shared various tasks with the project management, including stakeholder managementand change management. Additionally also managed part of the administration of theproject (project plan and business case).

As application manager responsible for management of applications, daily activities consisting of:-Stakeholder management;-Introducing applications to new teams;-Training of new users;-Implementing improvements to applications.

Project manager of the application consolidation project within IT4IT, activities consisting of:-Create and follow project plan;-Stakeholder management-Governance (management, meetings and reporting); -Purchasing new applications and take them into management;-Migrating data from old applications and discontinuing them.

Responsible for several roles within Sdu Uitgevers, such as test coordination for various projects (an example is the digital publication of documents produced by the Dutch parliament). Also responsible as application manager for Wetten.nl and Rijksbegroting.nl. For rijksbegroting.nl I was involved in implementing process improvements for the publication of budget documents.
