Graduated in Social and Economic Sciences I have a solid, albeit theoretical, understanding of both the basics of macro- and micro-economics and the basics of social policy. Given the possibility in the start of 2011 to partake in the Leonardo Da Vinci-program I worked as an intern at Batenborch International Paris. Batenborch International is leader in Sales & Marketing Recruitement for Middle- & Topmanagement functions.I finished the SOA-PEOPLE Academy XXI Januari 2012, this training is focused on the HR-module within SAP. The goal was to gain the practical and technical background on SAP HR Module. Next to the focus on hard skills the academy also works on the soft skills of his Academicians.After the Academy I started in the Talent Team at the ERP HR project of NMBS. We worked on evaluation forms, automated correspondance linked to the training catalog and migration of the training history. My tasks include giving training, testing, monitoring and reporting during acceptancetest, creating KPI's to measure usage of the solution and quality controlling of training history.In the begining of 2013 I participated in a new Academy, SOA People Academy XXV with the focus on Supply Chain Management, especially SD, MM and PP.
