With over 24 years of experience in public administration and leadership, I am City Manager at City of Kauhava, where I have been serving since April 2023. Before that, I was Municipal Manager at Municipality of Taivassalo for more than 21 years, where I successfully managed the municipal affairs and services, and fostered collaboration and trust among the residents, staff, and stakeholders. I have a master's degree in administrative sciences from the University of Tampere, and I am skilled in strategic planning, budgeting, communication, and problem-solving, and I am currently pursuing further studies in the same field.My core competencies are municipal management, governance, and development, and my mission is to create a sustainable, livable, and attractive city for the people of Kauhava, where they can enjoy a high quality of life and a sense of community.
