• organization of internal team buildings, trainings and workshops• leading the sustainability agenda of the organization• support the establishment of new organisational structure and recruitment process• cooperation on the establishment of HR core processes (i.e. performance management, reward, HR systems)• support the HR Manager/ Management team to build high performance team based on cultural diversity• directly reporting to General Manager; part of the weekly and strategic Management Team meetings
