Providing a wide range of legal services related to Employment, Data Protection, Corporate, Commercial, Real Estate, Banking& Finance, Intellectual Property, Foreign Exchange, Insurance& Brokerage, Compliance, in particular:• internal rules set up, • creating procedures, • developing general acts, status documentation, agreements and other individual documents,• compliance and keeping the complete company’s business in a line with the law and local regulations,• reviewing of the legal documents in order to ensure they are in proper form,• carrying out Due Diligence reports• providing clients with legal advice and support on a wide range of legal issues,• assistance before the authorities• representing before court • dealing with other legal issues

• Main activities and responsibilities: • drafting of employment agreements, amendments and rulings associated to employment relationships, temporary service and part time agreements, advise on Law requirements (discrimination, paid leave, working time reallocation, annual leave, sick leave, termination of employment relationship for cause, due to professional inadequacy, redundancy lay- offs, mobbing and harassment at work, etc.), handling of foreign citizens employment issues (residence and work permit), labor disputes, handling complex employment issues;• providing a wide range of general corporate legal services (company/branch/Representative office incorporation, post registration advice, corporate governance matters, compliance matters, sale of the stake in a company, advice in day-to-day business operations, liquidation procedures, other various corporate issues, etc.); • dealing with different Foreign exchange law issues (corporate lending from both local and international enterprises/commercial banks, cross-border financing transactions on a daily basis), anti money laundering and other various financial issues; • drafting of real estate purchase contracts, lease contracts, etc; • trademark registration; • carrying out Due Diligence reports• compliance• managing work processes within department and making sure that the procedures and internal rules are fully implemented in,• assistance before the authorities• representing before the courts• legal researches.
