• Working closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers (locally and globally),• act as the single point of contact to the internal or external candidates,• take a "project lead" approach to each and every recruiting case,• manage the recruiting process end-to-end, ensuring all KPIs, global standards and metrics are met.

• Sourcing talented candidates for a range of vacancies, focusing on direct sourcing approaches, • position planning (creating and posting a vacant position, conducting a recruitment strategy meeting, defining requirements, expectations, competencies, selection team, time schedules, attraction method, according to talent segmentation, selection method),• pre-selection activities, screening, assessing and qualifying candidates,• talent attraction (searching in internal and external database, advertising job board, social media, cooperation with educational institutions, career fairs),• Linkedin recruiting,• pre-interview activities (scheduling interviews, providing interview panels with the relevant documentation),• conducting interviews and assessment centers (creating focused and effective interviews at all levels, conducting behavior based interviews),• consolidate interview feedback and assessment results,• harmonization and preparation of a job offer;• maintaining and updating employee and applicants tracking database,• coordinating recruitment agencies and other outsourced consultants,• hiring reports (to determine whether the hiring process has been performed through the Applicant Tracking System),• supporting HR managers and Head Talent Acquisition and Staffing with other HR projects.
