I was responsible for providing support; building and maintaining collaborative relationships with Regional Sales Managers and dealers where required regarding Market Share and Fleet Penetration. I also processed dealer requests within an agreed time period. Preparing and distributing monthly reports to the sales teams (Brands), as well as to escalate outstanding issues.

I was responsible for: Divisional manager’s assistance including diary management, Special Pricing process, Correspondence, EBP and general office administration; Dealer support and Customer assistance; Tender co-ordination (assisting the Regional Sales Managers with tender documentation).

I was responsible for providing administrative assistance to the security and vehicle crime specialist with regards to all site security and vehicle enquiry related matters in compliance to the Mercedes-Benz integrity code. My duties included general office administration, travel arrangements for the manager, vehicle enquiries, typing of minutes, telephone enquiries from the public and the police including insurance companies. Liaising with suppliers in the manager’s absence and preparing invoices for payment to our suppliers. Assisting the manager with annual budgets.

Licensing and registration of vehicles. Supervising and training new trainees.
