Designed, developed, tested and deployed unique interfaces through which users trade financial positions with a highly competent and talented team. Analyzed current users' interactions with services and made enhancements using knowledge of product types. Championed internal process improvements and technology upgrades. Co-lead projects of various calibers, including product enhancements and automation. HTML 5, CSS 3, JS, Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, WebTrends, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Custom in-house CMS and CMS tools.

Managed and maintained a collection of computer labs used for language learning and speech communications. Digitalisation of VHS and the preservation of sensitive data in foreign languages. Assisted students and staff with varying levels of technical and hardware support.

• Programmed technical schemata exemplifying digital product features and functionality (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP).• Designed, animated and programmed interactive and highly functioning demonstrational animations for pedagogy and customer experience improvement (AS3.0).• Co-Managed and co-supervised a team of cooperative students. Responsibilities included hiring selection, administrative personnel setup, orientation and primary contact. Students relied on me as their primary support on general projects, unless otherwise specified.• Research, planned and developed new products and improvements to existing features independently and as a team.• Maintained corporate-client communications through messaging protocols and alerts.

Lab Technician: Disposed of and handled hazardous chemicals and performed and inventory of an extensive assortment of laboratory materialsRecreation Leader: Mentored, monitored and lead a group of 60 eight to twelve-year-old international English language learners. Lived in dormitories and engaged pupils in recreational activities around Switzerland.

Communicated with affiliates of the University of Waterloo to receive feedback, inform on major faculty-specific projects, and arrange for annual giving to the university. Served as an interface for UW information and news.

Assisted students, faculty, and staff with an assortment of computing issues and problems; Imaged and deployed machines to various members of the Arts Faculty;Managed website including a personal webspace and the home to Germanic and Slavic Studies online at UW;

Currently researching for possible venture into a new enterprise. Editing textbooks, for grammar, curricular accuracy, style, etc.
