Developing, recruiting and retaining employees. Developing, maintaining, implementing and operating software systems. Developing and maintaining Business-, HR- and System roadmaps. Supervising and monitoring project and task teams. The department has 15 employees working in Denmark and 15 in India; hence virtual management is also part of the job. Significant achievements and tasks include:• Increasing employee satisfaction from 48 to 74 within 1’st year• Increasing operational stability. In Risk Management Systems I had the opportunity to handle some business critical and/or strategic projects. During this period Danske Bank implemented a completely new Project model. I contributed to the model and was appointed a project reviewr/coach, In order to guide my collagues in their PM efforts.Significant achievements and tasks include:• Successfully integrating offshoring in projects.• Scored highest (at the time) of all Danske Bank projects in CMMI evaluation.• Officially appointed Project reviewer (Coach)• Established a process and tool for Competence Management, used throughout the entire development area (500 employees)• Established an advanced process and tool for risk management, used throughout the entire development area (500 employees)• Established a process and tool for Release Management, widely adopted throughout the entire development area (500 employees)• Participated in a workgroup establishing methods for measuring the software process.• Established a process for Supplier Agreement Management, integrated in the group development model
