Duties Responsibilities -Contact and research for supplier/contractor with the best quality. -Responsible to manage the Purchase request and the specification of item that they requested from other department. -Request for quotation from supplier/contractor for submit to top management check. - Research new supplier by compare the price with old supplier, which supplier is the best in term of price, delivery term, payment term, -Make Purchase Order to get approval in ERP system by top management. -Make daily report for PR, PO, PA for submit to top management for got approval by ERP. -Follow up the goods/service with supplier on delivery and follow up payment with accounting for down/final payment.-Send the PO and contract to supplier to make sure they accept the work in the PO/contract and file it properly.-Keeping and update lists of supplier (location of supplier, catalog, and other information about product to be ordered).

Duties Responsibilities: -Management in outlet. -Solve all problem that happen in outlet with customer. -Check and Update all fixed asset in outlet and report to main office every at the end of the month -Explained and communicated with customer whatever customers don’t understand and make them convenience. -Keep Money that recieved from selling ticket. -Transfer money to owner every night. -Prepare daily expense report at the end of the month for send to main office. -Prepared daily report for outlet.

Duties Responsibilities: -Check stock in/out every day. -Control daily report. -Control material in warehouse. -Check material and prepare all documents submit to manager. - Make daily report of raw material. -Keep material in properly place to avoid of damage. -Update the raw material usage for daily, weekly, and monthly. -Other tasks assigned by manager.
