• Managed 31 employees and four civilian contractors through four different curricula designed for the assessment and selection of NAVY SEAL and Special Warfare Combatant Crewman, ensuring sustainment of Naval Special Warfare operators. • Conducted interviews and provided a professional assessment regarding results, utilizing Kirton Adaptive-Innovative Inventory and SMART® Interview techniques to determine appropriate candidate selection supporting corporate culture. • Advised computer software programing team on assigning values to quantitative measurements for predictive analysis and selection criteria for future SEAL Officers, reducing bias during the down-selection process.

• Liaison between US special operations forces, Kuwaiti security forces, and the US Embassy in Kuwait, directly reporting to the Defense Attaché and collaborating between multiple stakeholders to ensure security against international terrorism threats.• Cultivated interagency and international relationships, identified gaps in capabilities, and developed a plan to showcase special operations equipment in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) initiatives resulting in the increased security of Kuwaiti shorelines.• Program manager for 18 international training engagements, increased the security posture of Kuwait and saved the Navy $400K through economical shipping options, and developed cost-saving contractual agreements between USG and State department.
