As this lovely organization do a lot of great work, I was able to participate in various tasks and projects:- International work - Partnership proposals to other national Red Cross organizations- Visit ongoing projects to map status and challenges- Facilitate Ghana RC’s many school clubs- Implementation of new projects and collaborations

Oslo, Norway

In a team of four students, we got to work with a customer in the early phase of their startup.The focus area was mainly on innovative technology, and how this could be implemented in the startup. We also worked on the user journey, design and strategy, leading up to an investor pitch.

Jakarta, Indonesia

I substituted for the director of the Nordic Chamber of Commerce during his holiday leave.

I had a five weeks remote internship at The Norwegian Chamber of Commerce in Japan. My main task was to write a strategic analysis of the chamber’s services. This included in-depth interviews with other Norwegian chambers in Asia. I presented the results at a conference with the largest, Norwegian chambers in Asia.

Oslo, Norway

I worked as a dialoger for Doctors without Borders for six weeks, including four weeks living in a caravan to approach people at the west coast of Norway in remote places. After this, I got the job as team leader for dialog teams in Oslo and Kristiansand, which included educational coaching.

Higashikawa, Japan

I was coach, and managed the practical tasks for Higashikawa cross country ski team in Hokkaido, Japan. The job was organized by Jet Program, a Japanese organization that hires English teachers, culture ambassadors, and coaches all over Japan. I was in charge of the athletes of age 8 to 18 years. The work was in Japanese.
