Federal Government contractor assigned to the JSTARS Joint Chiefs of Staff report for Desert Storm (Multi-Service Operational Test & Evaluation Report MOT&E). Responsible for transcribing the flight reports for the Ground Launch Cruise Missiles (GLCM) mission. This required the ability to decipher black box transcripts and associating it with data analysis from missile control to generate the reports. Completed projects on time and under budget.
