Sr Human Resources Generalist
Current• Provide daily HR support to the business and develop strategic talent solutions from hiring through career progression and succession planning to ensure we attract, retain and develop top talent.• Engage in data collection, identifying organizational needs and development solutions.• Assess market data to guide compensation as well as suggest other forms of compensation to provide meaningful reward and recognition to current employees as well as prospective employees.• Collaborate, cross functionally, with various business units to gain insight on project productivity, plan improvements as well as to gauge effectiveness and ensure projects meet company objectives and long-term goals.• Evaluate staff performance at multiple facilities and made recommendations for training improvement.• Support unit managers in orchestrating new employee orientation as well as guide junior team members.• Support talent processes including performance management, engagement survey action planning and employee development planning. Employee Relations Specialist• Oversee all employee relations activities; coach and mentor 4 employee relations HR professionals, handle complaints, settles disputes, resolves grievances and conflicts, and conduct internal investigations.• Work with managers, employees and other partners to respond to all employee relations issues to help foster a cohesive and enjoyable work environment.• Research employee relations issues and conduct meetings with employees and supervisors.• Attract, coach and retain high-performance team members, enabling elevation of responsibility, span of control and performance.
