Sr Human Resources Generalist
Current- Provide daily HR support to the business and develop strategic talent solutions from hiring through career progression and succession planning to ensure we attract, retain and develop top talent.
- Engage in data collection, identifying organizational needs and development solutions.
- Assess market data to guide compensation as well as suggest other forms of compensation to provide meaningful reward and recognition to current employees as well as prospective employees.
- Collaborate, cross functionally, with various business units to gain insight on project productivity, plan improvements as well as to gauge effectiveness and ensure projects meet company objectives and long-term goals.
- Evaluate staff performance at multiple facilities and made recommendations for training improvement.
- Support unit managers in orchestrating new employee orientation as well as guide junior team members.
