With expenses, €120 million, Bilim Pharma’s Laboratory Quality Control and R&D center is the largest of the Turkish pharmaceutical industry with the total of 4.500m2 of laboratory space. Responsible for testing drugs and raw materials with established methods ( US Pharmacopia , Eur. Pharmacopia ) by chemical tests using HPLC with Waters and Shimatsu software, auto titrators, FTIR, UV, Carl-Fisher titration, NIR, IR and also, physical analysis by checking the appearance, extractable volume and density, heavy metals, sulphur dioxide tests.Reporting the results to the Quality Control Manager.Trying to improve the pharmacopia methods with our team.Calibrated and maintained laboratory equipment, and participated in trouble shooting, problem solving to ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs .Confirm raw materials for production using SAP module, according to Quality standards. (Researching improvement of quality goals).
