Veasna is a real estate investor and property developer across SE Asia with $210MM in AUM and an additional $200MM in pipeline projects. Born in Cambodia and raised in the US, he received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration before establishing Naki Group in Cambodia in 2013. Veasna’s experience in retail management, banking and real estate investments have helped shape Naki Group into a diversified company providing innovative real estate solutions across commercial development, asset management, property management and investments. Naki Group is building a playbook in which the worlds of real estate and blockchain technology converge. Giving back to the community is of utmost importance to Veasna and “Water Well of Love” is a project close to his heart. “Water Well of Love” provides the means to build wells that deliver clean drinking water to outlying villages and orphanages in Cambodia. Stateside, Veasna has stayed close to his roots by supporting the Seattle-Sihanoukville Sister City Association (SEASIH) whose projects include fundraising to build primary schools and a high school library in Cambodian villages; partnering with medical organizations for outreach in rural towns; coordinating a school pen pal exchange program; and many other impactful initiatives.
