Defining sustainability assessments for our product and services.- Service Design: Engaging in customer flow design, blueprint creation, logistics management, and user experience enhancement. Study of users journey from initial contact through purchase and post-purchase interactions.- Graphic Design: Crafting visual communications, including social media posts and reels, web design, UI development, event branding, and more. - Promoting Sustainability, Wellness & Customer-Centered Approach: Emphasizing a holistic approach to sustainable sexual wellness and catering to our customers' diverse needs. As Technical Design Department Supervisor within the R&D sector, I took on an array of responsibilities:- Team Management & Coordination: Managed and led a team of 2-3 professionals, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented environment.- Prototyping & Product Design: Coordinated the prototyping and design of commissioned products, ensuring alignment with client specifications and industry standards.- Supply Chain & Feasibility Analysis: Defined supply chains, conducted design feasibility studies, and handled technical client management to guarantee timely production within set budgets for both limited and high batch size production.- Project Management: Oversaw the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, maintaining alignment with strategic objectives and quality standards.- Production Follow-Up & Site Coordination: Managed the production follow-up, ensuring alignment with specifications, schedules, and quality parameters. In this multifaceted role worked in a team of 3 specialists, where i had the opportunity to learn skills in both design engineering and project management, with a focus on the following areas:- Manufacturing Process Selection & Co-Design: Specialized in selecting manufacturing processes for small and large batch sizes and co-designing products with a vertical focus on metalworking and metal furniture finishes.- Technical Drawing & 3D Modeling: Utilized tools for technical drawing, 3D modeling, and defining tolerances and requirements. Leveraged parametric modeling to create adjustable and modular designs.- Product Engineering: Worked on the engineering of products received from clients, assessing functionality, feasibility, and ensuring successful industrialization.- Metalworking & Decorative Oxidation Processes: Acquired hands-on experience in various metalworking techniques and delved into decorative oxidation processes to enhance product aesthetics.- Project Coordination: Managed and coordinated projects, ensuring alignment with time and budget constraints, and fostering the desired quality in design and production.

Immediately after my HighSchool graduation, the same month I had enrolled in college, I started a side job as a switchboard operator on weekends.I managed cab assignments, resolved potential disagreements between drivers and customers, and supported taxi drivers with directions. This experience offered me valuable lessons in managing relationships with people and solving problems in real time.
