About Vitor Finotti Ferreira
I am an engineer with experience in embedded development for cutting-edge R&D and safety-critical projects.For years I worked with scientific instrumentation for particle accelerators such as the LHC collider and the Sirius synchrotron. These projects led me to carry out several activities, such as electronics development, high-speed/low-latency developments on FPGAs, tests automation, and system monitoring. I also wanted to have a better understanding of machine learning algorithms, so I pursued a master's degree in Universidade de São Paulo, where I studied convolutional neural networks implementation on FPGAs. Today, I am developing mission-critical software in the aerospace industry, which includes embedded and performance software for civil and military aviation.
