HRC envisions a world where lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer people are ensured equality and embraced as full members of society at home, at work and in every community.”

Organizing Together 2020 is a coalition of activists and organizers working in 6 battleground states, including Florida. Field Organizers are working within the community to recruit, train, and mobilize progressive volunteers in order to defeat Donald Trump’s dangerous agenda. Volunteers are making calls, sending texts, attending and hosting “virtual” events, attending online training sessions, and engaging and educating people on voter registration and voting options, including Vote by Mail.

I began volunteering with the Florida Democratic Party in Orlando leading up to the 2016 election; in September of 2019, I restarted my volunteering efforts, registering voters up and down Orange County. Aside from registering voters, enrolling people in vote by mail, and updating voter registrations, I have spent much of my time organizing voter registration events. I have I have created and maintained a number of good working relationships with local business and event managers, securing quite a few event locations, including a couple of semi-permanent setups at local farmers markets. I have also assisted in recruiting and training volunteers, finding and collecting donations for voter registration events and the office, and phone banking.

Though I do not currently reside in St. Pete Beach, I am responsible for aiding the Beach Time Team in several aspects of the business. I am most frequently involved in helping to price, decorate, and market Beach Time's vacation rentals. I also assist with the company's website, help with print media and manage Beach Time's social media. Of course, I have also maintained a close relationship with many of our clients.

As a licensed real estate agent, I conducted sales presentations with Diamond's owners. During my brief time with Diamond, I sold nearly a half million dollars of vacation ownership. Unfortunately, due to medical circumstances, I had to prematurely leave Diamond Resorts International. Aside from selling, my duties at Diamond included: Managing leads; Educating owners about Diamond’s properties and benefits; Creating proposals; Making and keeping appointments; Following up with active leads; Staying in touch with current clients to offer assistance and, perhaps, increase their ownership again; Assisting new team members; and Preparing contract outlines

As a licensed real estate agent at Wyndham, I was responsible for selling vacation ownership to new owners. I did front to back, face to face presentations. It was only after my first couple of months that I was asked to help train new sales executives and assist with closing other sales executives' deals. I left Wyndham to follow my mentor to Diamond Resorts International, where he is the Director of Sales in the Direct Sales division.
