I collaborate with Country Offices (COs) and other Migration Health Support units to gather information and produce reports for senior management on fee-based project performance to assess the service fees. I also act as the focal point within the MHD PAF for any fee-based HAP Technical Instructions’ (TIs) information and recognize the need for new fees or fee revisions resulting from changes in the TIs, communicating as needed with MHD Manilla Administrative Center (MAC) & HQ and MHD and Finance staff of COs & Regional Offices (ROs).Additionally, I produce complex financial models, assessments, and reports to assess the relation between fee levels, budget, expenditure, and resulting project surplus or deficit at Country, Regional, or Global levels, sharing both findings and recommendations with the project-specific monitoring Team Leads and MHD HQ. I collaborate with senior management and other key stakeholders to obtain information about the operational context and rationale for fee structure. I also facilitate the development of a robust and fit-for-purpose Fee Adjusting tool for the self-payer fee-based projects, taking into accounts the complexities of the various projects to be used in identifying CO's whose fees need adjustment using a standard criteria. Finally, I facilitate the development of projects in PRIMA for other centrally managed projects of the MHD for financial data matters, prepare donor reports, ensure proper project closure, and contribute to the preparation of the MHD Annual Financial Report.
