Assistant Sales Supervisor
Current• Create sales and maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.• Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments & make effective qualifying sales calls in order to gain necessary information for existing and upcoming projects.• Draft contracts & review purchase orders from customers & ensure that contracts/PO are monitored.• Resolve issues/problems related to delivered goods, including discrepancies between contracts/purchase orders and articles received.• Maintain relevant internal database and files, keeps track of any contractual agreements and informs respective clients and end users of contractual rights and obligations, monitor deadlines (e.g., delivery dates, renewal of LOA dates, etc.) taking appropriate and timely action to ensure timely delivery.• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, & delivery schedules.• Assist relevant officers in processing or developing more complex projects that is multi-million-dollar worth.• Take action when receiving tender documents (e.g., Invitation to bids, Request for Proposals and Request for Quotations) based on the customer requirements• Recommends changes in products or outsource new raw materials by evaluating market situation and competitive developments.• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.• Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking of materials, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.
