Project Manager
Current- Administer the company’s social charter grant program activities, serving as a primary point of contact for grant applicants, senior leaders on process navigation. Optimize workflow for evaluation of funds requests.
- Administer the company’s charitable budget, providing reports of accountability based on charitable budget segment allocations;
- Provide data for regulatory and financial reporting. Assist in analysis and reconciliation as required;
- Coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility reporting process, working with other departments and partners to collect data across the full sustainability spectrum;
- Research best practices in corporate grant management and actively consult with team members and management as needed to formulate, recommend and implement solutions that go beyond the obvious in a timely manner;
- Assist with the production of corporate social responsibility programs and community events.
