Jianghong Zhu is a devoted individual in the field of motion picture and visual effects. Following his dream, Zhu gained his director master degree at Columbia College Chicago in 2017. He has worked as the compositor in many international visual effect companies such as Framestore Chicago, Pixomondo China and DDPO shanghai on feature films and commercial projects. Zhu has multiple roles such as, independent film maker, director, writer, editor, compositor and CG supervisor. His working experience covers from preproduction to postproduction in both films and commercials. He has gained a lot of inspiration from the love of motion picture and visual effects Zhu was on the visual effects team for feature film Hugo, directed by Martin Scorsese, won five Oscars at the 84TH Academy Award including Best Visual Effects. In 2012, TV series Game of Thrones, which Zhu contributed to, won the Emmy Awards for Outstanding Special Visual Effects.In 2011, working on 'Seediq Bale'(Taiwan) won the Golden Horse Prize for best feature film. experience working on Hollywood movies.
