• Led the development of McKinsey Gen-AI platform that allows for central management of client teams’ access to Gen-AI LLM models via cost, RBAC and other guardrails. • Conducted DevOps study at a regional bank, helping client uncover gaps in automation and best-practices during cloud migration, resulting in additional opportunities for McKinsey.• Spearheaded ShiftLeft – a McKinsey suite of IaC that helps bootstrap greenfield multi-account infrastructure adhering to AWS well-architected framework.• Built a DevOps platform with security-first mindset for a Canadian Ag firm, additionally improving code and developer mobility using App Patterns driving a cost impact of $10M+ over five years.

• Transformed internal DevOps culture and practices to support a multi-account AWS structure adhering to Amazon’s well-architected framework.• Developed standard deployment patterns to bootstrap AWS Accounts, Databases, ECS microservices, Lambdas to abstract and reduce bloat in Infrastructure as Code.• Increased efficiency and automation by integrating CI-CD workflow with internal tools such as Slack for approvals/notifications and Jira for defect tracking.• Designed and implemented a multi-region Disaster Recovery strategy with a Recovery Time and Recovery Point objectives of 30 mins and 15 mins, respectively.
