Project work with Atos Origin on LAP 1 & LAP 2 for the MOJ site based in Central London. Involve migration of desktop/printer and migrate users from Aramis to the new Dom1 Domain, setting them up on to their new desk, patching network cable and performing UAT test

Coretx

Migrating up to 10,000 users from the GDv4 build to the Gdv5 build across various KPMG site in UK. The data migration process involves a USMT tool which transfer user’s profile data from their old vista machine to the new window 7 build laptop. Administrator for KPMG GDv5 Phase1 & Phase 2 – The duties include checking user into the E-schedule system and assigning a new laptop for that user and passing it onto an engineer to start the migration off. Once the migration was completed, new laptop would be assigned on E-schedule, then a print out of the sign off sheet for the hand over session. Lifecycle (Rutland House) for KPMG GDv5 Phase1 & Phase 2 – Assign asset stickers on the new laptops and scanned them into stock. Perform Bios Update for the new laptop and also perform the GDv5 build which involve using a USB migration key to transfer Gdv5 build on to the new laptop and then use the KPMG network to install Window 7 build and encrypt the drive at the last stage of the build. Wipe old laptops using Blanco to erase user data from the old laptops delivered from the KPMG sites.Lead Admin for KPMG Phase3 – Promoted to lead administrator for the south team. The duty involved arranging engineer’s hours & recording engineer’s attendance on site. Pre stock check for each IT equipment onsite matches the delivery list sent by deployment team. Liaise with deployment team for shortage of stock and updates them on user migration issue that tend to occur onsite. Escalate failed migration to local IT.

Welwyn Garden City

Provide onsite Support to Axalta user who have moved out of DuPont organization and join a new office in Welwyn Garden City. Migrate up to 100 users which involved setting up the Axalta Server image box onto the switch and connect the new HP laptop to perform the window 7 build on to the Axalta Domain. Backup user data using USMT script on the external drive to copy from their old laptop in the DuPont domain and use Window 7 easy transfer to move it on to their new laptop.

Bromley, Rutland House

Rollout 6,500 devices across all 75 Gyms and all 31 Private Hospitals. Perform Window 7 & Window 8.1 build on the New HP Desktop via PXE boot over LAN. Perform Blanco on all the old desktop that return from sites. Rebuild recycle machine as Window 8.1 for the Gym sites. Arrange DPD collection for devices that needed to be sent out via purchase order & BAU request. Perform auditing of the devices available in stock on a weekly basis

Britvic Sites

Deploying Window 7 OS over the WAN using the standard PXE boot over the network. Also involve in data backup of user profile onto the 2.0 external drives and transferring it back onto their new laptop. Provide onsite support at various Britvic site for users who were migrated onto their new laptop.

Disc Infrastructure Removal project with Atos Origin, which involves the massive rollout of the Dom1 domain across all the Magistrate, Crown and County Courts in London and SEPDT - Build machine over the Dom1 network on the new server 2008 via the transition Switch. Also testing Court user's application using the SCCM virtualisation client.2LS - Deploy Dom1 machine for court users and provide onsite 2ls Support on floor-walking day.
