License Management system is used across 4 business units and 10+ products.As a Program Manager I led the following projects/initiatives:- Launch of new licensing models for Parallels and partners' products.- Support marketing team with new promo/trial campaigns implementation.- Collect product usage data and setup analytics (BI) to let engineering teams make data-driven decisions for their products.- Define requirements and support development of new license management portal based on modern UX trends and enabling self-service scenarios for large customers with tens of thousands licenses (mass- ordering/upsell/upgrade, license usage analytics and inventory). The portal went live and in 3 months had been adopted by 92% of active customers.- Algorithms to discover license use violations and tools for Sales/Accounting team to provide the evidence (in order to convert violators to paying customers).

I developed initial architecture to support Windows-based services in OSS/BSS platform for hosting service providers. The key point was integration of Microsoft Provisioning Framework (MPF) that Microsoft just made available to technology preview. I worked in tight collaboration with Microsoft teams – getting technical guidance on MPF and providing feedback on real-life scenarios (e.g. multi-tenancy issues). Through these efforts SWsoft not just extended services portfolio in their platform, but also became a strategic partner for Microsoft to enable transformation of their products from enterprise (on-premise) model to the service provider (cloud) model.
