Handling multiple projects with the new technology (LIFERAY) getting introduced in organization. • Project Management - Responsible for setting up the team of liferay experts in order to achieve the project time lines. Grew the team from 5 to 40 with in the 3 months’ time.• Single handedly managed the team of more then 15 people involved into development of portal using liferay portal technology.• Responsibilities include, project management, resource planning and tracking of deliverables on a day to day basis.• Issues and risks planning along with there mitigation plans.• Taking scrum calls on daily basis with all the teams spread around different geographical areas.• People management – managing people and understanding there issues to bring to a final positive conclusion.• Having technical background, always being inclined to understand the design and reviews the technical aspect of the project.
