I was in charge of product support and defect resolution and new application development. I was also responsible for the management of different portfolios of projects, including project planning, team management and mentoring.2006 – 2009 Customer: MNTHealth Insurance CompanyI implemented an approval management system for the organization and controlled the campaign’s recipe with regular reporting to the executives about progress and quality. In order to ensure predictable deliveries, I actively managed the relationship between the software supplier and the technical teams. I provided project management support for the financial and human resources groups, reporting regular updates to the stakeholders and projects sponsors. I also managed the functional helpdesk group. 2004 – 2006 Customer: MGENHealth Insurance CompanyAssisted the project owner for the requirements definition and managed the test group. My role of QA Manager included definition and execution of the test and defects management. The team was composed by 10 QA consultant and 10 public users. The web application allowed management of customer’s health insurance contracts. The solution was interfacing with multiple internal and external 3rd party solutions. 2004 – 2004 Customer: La PosteFrench Post Office CompanyAs a member of the QA team, I defined and executed the tests for an application allowing management of life insurance. I also managed the defects and the relationship with the development team. 2000 – 2004 Customer: Mederic GroupRetirement and Health Insurance CompanyAs the manager for the testing group, I defined and executed regression testing, surroundings ITS management approval, provided assistance for public beta’s tests and organized tests campaigns.
