Current• Driving a team to increase sales and supervise the general activities• Contribute to training and development of the sales team• Instruct - advise sales team on how to handle difficult or complicated sales• Business development• Achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organization plans• Suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth• Preparing monthly based reports, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions• Setting and tracking sales targets• Monitoring sales metrics• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures of the organization• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service• Resolving conflicts and provide solutions in a timely manner
