- Responsible for the pre-sales and delivery for OSS Applications and migration- Engage in pre-sales through the delivery and ongoing operation.- Identify potential solution sales opportunities with customer and understand their requirement and objectives. - Conceptualise and deliver high-level technical solution to customer through solution proposal, RFP response and presentation. - Articulate solution risks and barriers; prepare time and cost estimates.- Propose best alternatives in terms of cost, benefit and risk where multiple solutions exist. - Highlight the positive impact of the solutions and how it can achieve customer's business goals- Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) - Craft Statements of Work (SOWs)- Create and own the overall design of application solution that meets the customer's business environment and objectives to create unique value propositions to the customers. - Manage customer relationship by communicating architecture standards and frameworks; answering questions; resolving concerns and issues.- Actively participate in the business development lifecycle. Identify opportunities, generate proposals, and support other sales efforts- Increase organization effectiveness by identifying opportunities to leverage solutions to other engagements- Act as a trusted advisor and support PM, TPM in customer meetings and handling technical queries. - Experience in Planning, executing and finalizing solutions related to new and existing products, modules and services.- Lead end to end OSS applications migration to public cloud .- Lead & manage end to end software development and integration, ensuring optimum service delivery.- Coach and mentor development team.
