Toyota Motor Rus/Accessory department/Development Team(Electrical)Responsibilities:• Accessory project development leading and follow according time schedule• Communication with supplier and open tasks list follow up• Car electrical circuits investigations in terms of accessory connection points and installation process feasibility study.• Installation manual elaboration, based on technical requirements (in-line installation during car production and on final customer's car)• Accessory device test plan development based on internal rules of car manufacturer and reqired ECE and local Homologation standarts.• Accessory design review with involved department (marketing, product, quality, car assembly department).• Virtual accessory device body analysis in Catia, design evaluation, measurements.• Wiring Harness virtual routing development in CATIA v5. Fixation point, connection points and connectors allocation according common harness and R&D rules of Toyota.• Design of JIG and installation tools for proper product installation (Model in CATIA and 3d printing)• Vehicle model specification list analysis for accessory installation feasibility study.• Wire harness development, based on safety rules, installation requirements, noize protection, water resistance.• Mobile Application linked with accessory device development follow up, basic design and usability tests on experienced user level.• Mobile App simple interface modifications in FIGMA, follow-up and cooperation with Marketing and IT teams.• Communication with suppliers regarding Mobile App design modification and updates.

Responsibilities:• Harness localization process leading and support• Harness geometrical and electrical problems investigations, implementation of temporary and final solutions • Preliminary evaluation of harnesses behavior based on various conditions, assembly line processes etc.• Automotive harness prototyping, review, fitting checks, simulation..• Cooperation with harness supplier, tasks list follow up, prioritising based on current tasks status• New car project launching support based on technical requirements of electrical specifications and electrical equipment diversity.• Cooperation with assembly process launching team, harnesses linked perimeter teams and working out compatible solutions.• Harness protection analysis and implementation,• Designing automotive manufacturing processes in harness routing areas.• Collection and analysis of wiring harnesses damages based on assembly line data and aftersales statistics.

Main responsibilities:• DTC read, make measurements and tests (electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, hydraulic systems)• Electrical diagnostics using Oscilloscope, CAN bus measurments• Repair faulty mechanical and electrical components• Install equipment, components and systems• Test drive vehicles before and after repair• Repair electrical wiring, circuits, modules• High quality repair and maintenance works according dealership and manufacturer standards• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques• Perform proper reports according dealership rules for warranty department and customers.
