Lead Product Manager
Current- Overall Back-office Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the product, including its success, performance, and alignment with business objectives (CDD, post-CDD, AML, Payment operations processes, Tech support.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a back-office product analyst directly and product managers/product analysts in other teams, providing guidance and support.
- Strategic Planning: Shape the long-term product vision, exploring new opportunities and ensuring the product's relevance in a rapidly evolving fintech landscape.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges related to the product's development and market adoption.
- Executive Communication: Present product strategy and results to the executive team and make critical decisions that impact the organization's success.
