Drawing on my years of service on the New York State Court of Appeals, the New York State Supreme Court’s Appellate Division and the New York State Supreme Court, I am involved in appeals and commercial litigation in federal and state courts, and serve as a mediator and arbitrator. I am a court-approved mediator in the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. With 16 years of experience on New York appellate courts, I work with domestic and foreign law firms engaged in international lawsuits governed by New York law that involve significant breach of contract claims, corporate disputes and other commercial issues.
