Managed a portfolio of 400 patent applications of international clients, assisting and responding to their enquiries and related concerns.

Assisted the Patent Attorney in reporting and billing for a portfolio of 1000 patent applications.

Was able to progress from a Technical Writer to a Project Manager as well as being a member of the Bids and Awards Committee screening the Agency’s procurement.Lead the Intellectual Property Management Group and was able to established processes relating to IP. It is also part of my duties to do patent searches and facilitate applications for intellectual property protection such as patent, utility model, trademark, copyrights, etc.Serve as internal audit for 1 year and securing the Agency’s ISO Certification.
