I was contracted by ABB to drive or contribute to a number of ongoing projects as SAP OTC specialist and ERP lead. The projects were mainly result of divestments or acquisitions of new business entities but also rollouts of ABB global templates to ABB Benelux in domain of SAP SD, MM, CS, EDI with integration to SAP FI-CO modules. I was tasked with the following:1. Performing FIT-GAP analysis with business representatives to ensure acquired business entity is able to run its business operations on SAP platform used by ABB Benelux 2. Creating functional blueprint that guides customizing and development in SAP in domain of SAP SD, CS, EDI with proper integration with MM and FI and CO3. Creating blueprint for SAP integration with non-SAP systems (cross-application solutions)4. Leading internal specialists and external service providers in the build and test phase of blueprints and managing changing business requirements throughout the project lifecycle5. Acting as a main point of contact to business units throughout the project

• Driving projects and application changes as SAP OTC specialist eliciting business requirements from different Business Units and translating requirements to sustainable and future-proof solutions in SAP ECC (SD/MM/CS/EDI). Writing Functional Specifications for 3rd party (onsite / offshore) Logistics team for any needed customization or developments. • Acting as Subject Matter Expert in SAP Logistics domain (SD/CS); responsible for managing all Build and Support activities in these areas. Supporting the creation of business blueprints, providing significant contribution to the current and future delivery of SAP services. Understanding Business processes; providing expert advice and building strong relationship within the business. • Leading (external) SAP SD and CS consultants in delivering projects, changes and resolving incidents in the role of ERP domain lead • Maintaining overview of the SAP modules running Sales and Service processes of ABB BeNeLux (SD/CS)Reviewing Functional and Technical designs of all application changes hitting SAP SD and CS module • Coordinating with other module SAP Consultants for Integration requirements (WM, PP, PS, FICO, MM).
