Reporting to the Lead of HRSD Operations Head; responsible and accountable for the management and effective delivery of payroll services, accounting related activities, management of employee inquiries, time management and leave management systems across the Philippines. Responsible to develop, implement and maintain processes and procedures in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Encouraging the team to maintain day-to-day activity while leading a project team through significant changes.Responsibilities but not limited to:• Manage and oversee the payroll delivery team in the Philippines.• Ensure that process service levels are met in accordance with agreed timelines.• Manage employee and HR inquiries related to payroll, time, leave and other payroll related inquiries.• Prepare internal weekly and monthly payroll related reports in accordance with set standards.• Ensure that all regulatory reports are delivered based on set government deadlines.• Manage the off-boarding, exit clearance, final pay and recovery activities• Ensure that bi-weekly payroll inputs have sufficient approvals and are accurate.• Identifies opportunity areas and system enhancement to improve service delivery and process efficiency. • Ensure that all internal risk and control guidelines are met and executed in every process.• Manage and oversee payroll all payroll projects.• Responsible for manager training programs on payroll and timekeeping.• Assist in other HRSD related work as required• Manage and execute accounting related tasks and deliverables• Lead/handle Payroll Projects

¬ Oversee all accounting and bookkeeping of Grace School of Theology and Grace Asia, Inc. and affiliates; Manage HR for Grace Asia, Inc.¬ Develop, maintain, and improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organization’s mission -- specifically, support management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.¬ Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.¬ Oversee payroll management¬ Disbursement of checks for agency expenses.¬ Organization of fiscal documents.¬ Direct annual budgeting and planning process for the organization's annual budget with EVP and ED, if any¬ Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals. Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting.¬ Manage day to day processing of accounts receivable and payable using QuickBooks, producing reports as requested.¬ Reconcile monthly activity, generating year-end reports, and fulfilling tax related requirements.¬ Maintain archival, human resources, financial and administrative files.¬ Oversee organizational insurance policies.¬ Develop and implement operating policies and procedures.¬ Perform all duties and accept all responsibilities incident to such positions and other appropriate duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisor or Operations Manager.
