Although I always had the desire to work with computers and technology, it was hard for me to choose a field to specialize in, since there are so many interesting things to learn and develop and so little time to do so. In the early years of my college I had a special interest in Artificial Intelligence, because everything in it was so mysterious and magical that it kept me determined to invest my time in finding out: "how could that work?". But it was the subject of Cryptography that really got my definitive interest: the constant evolution (since Ancient History) to always improve and to ensure that a particular or sensitive information has the best available confidentiality, integrity and authenticity/anonymity that it requires.That being said, I believe that the most important quality that someone should have to achieve success in a project is to have a deep understanding of how things work, and why they work. Despite the additional time effort, it's the only way of ensuring that a particular solution is good and don't have critical vulnerabilities or flaws. To be that person is my goal.
