Included managing requirements (product backlogs) across the teams, developing technical roadmaps, and working with partner groups and divisions to extend the suite of services to support upcoming product lines and strategies while leveraging and reusing existing technical capabilities and online services. (Intel Architecture Group, PC Client Services)• As an Agile and ALM expert, trained & coached a newly formed, cross-geography project team through adoption of both an Agile methodology and Team Foundation Server—modern, integrated lifecycle tooling that enables and enforces the chosen methodology. Then led them through execution of dozens of three-week Agile sprints and two major high quality & on-schedule product releases for one of Intel’s first online services, Intel Upgrade Service.• Crafted the application architecture for Intel Upgrade Service and Intel Trusted Connect Service, including development of a feasible hosting topology within the significant constraints of the Intel enterprise hosting environment.• Managed a master project schedule to coordinating execution & external project deliverables across multiple internal, external, and vendor teams.• Collaboratively worked with Intel’s internal Security Center of Excellence to successfully enable the Security Development Lifecycle within an Agile project for the first time at Intel. Then documented best practices, which are now used by other Agile teams across Intel.• Later defined and drove a multi-year strategic hosting plan to improve operational qualities of these internet services, including leading a cross-divisional team through two RFQs that identified a better strategic hosting environment which would allow for DevOps adoption.• Successfully headed a 9-month project with a complex, cross-geography, cross-company team to transition these Intel services to a new hybrid hosting solution, utilizing both cloud & on-premises resources and incorporating secure cages, hardware security modules (HSMs), and security ceremonies. Resulted in a much more stable, flexible, highly available hosting solution, a utility cost model based on actual service usage, and a sound DevOps approach to ensure high quality service operations and a solid feedback loop with development and testing.

Provided second-level support for day-to-day operations.• Participated as a key contributor for five years on Microsoft’s 20-person Customer Advisory Council for their Team System group of development products, acting as Intel’s primary representative in influencing product features and roadmap.• Provided intact training on Microsoft Team System & TFS and hands-on help with adoption to over 50 software project teams.
