Built our platform from conception to 110K users in 6 months. We averaged 6% weekly growth at our peak and our users created more than 20k links in their bios per month.- Created the GTM strategy to take the Drum app to market and worked with our marketing teams to implement it. This led to a 35% reduction in the CAC for our primary target audience.- Defined and implemented our customer success and growth stack to streamline our product and customer operations. I was responsible for vendor analysis, price negotiation, and implementation.

•Led a cross-functional team of 15 Engineers (Development, UX and QA) to launch V1 and multiple versions of a scalable SaaS and On-Premise web application with a mobile client. The company has filed multiple patents for the work done in the process.•Identified market opportunities to merge legacy and light-weight device management through customer and stakeholder interviews across verticals, competitor analysis and industry reports.•Owned the product development of the identity management solution for the new Windows 10 Platform. This included inbound and outbound roles within the product team.•Created product strategy and roadmap, designed application wireframes, and led product architecture and development of a Desktop Management client catering to customers with over 100k mobile device deployments.•Led the implementation of log analytics for internal and production AirWatch servers using VMWare’s Log Insight and open source tools like the ELK stack.•Drove the adoption of data driven product development and agile methodologies while working with US based and overseas teams. This led to a significant improvement in release planning, feature prioritization, and velocity forecasting.•Managed and owned key relationships with Microsoft and Nokia teams through daily engagement on user stories and design for mobility management in Windows 8.1 & 10. Implemented the product rollout for 10k Nokia employees.•Engaged with Fortune 500 companies and government organizations to identify and address product gaps and support them through their trial, UAT and production rollouts.•Reduced technical debt by prioritizing performance optimization, unit testing and BDD in the development team. This resulted in up to a 70% improvement in the performance of key sections of the product.

•Engineered a RESTful API-first user portal for AirWatch customers and partners catering to over 150,000 users. Utilized the full LAMP Stack and MVC Web framework tools like Codeigniter for PHP, and jQuery, HTML and CSS. The system has processed $2Mn+ of orders to date.•Developed libraries that enabled web applications to communicate with SOAP and REST APIs for services like Salesforce, Zendesk and Wistia.•Designed and implemented the development lifecycle, setup and administration of the VCS and bug tracking systems for the agile team. Helped migrate a 250 member development team to GIT by testing and documenting multiple workflows.

Worked on the Cisco/Ironport Web Security Appliance (WSA)Worked in a three member team on the development of an HTTP Client / Server application used for testing a high performance web proxy. We used Python 2.6 to build a configurable HTTP Request / Response framework and implemented various features of the HTTP Protocol based on RFC 2616. The application used a multi-threaded model to help stress test the web proxy by increasing the concurrency and throughput of the HTTP requests passing through. Our team used Curl and Wireshark to test and debug the implemented features.
