As a Marketing Team Member I was responsible for the role of video making within our team. I was the host of the company's Youtube channel, while also producing, editing and creating video content for their Instagram account. Since Crosster sold mostly imported goods, almost every information I found on the web for my script research was in English and I had to translate it for the video production.

I also began translating some texts and specifications (English to Portuguese) for our website and also began hosting the company's YouTube videos, whillist managing training for our employees and new additions to the team.

As a seller I was responsible for tending to the customers and presenting them with products (games, hardware, comics, books or toys) to buy. The sellers had to possess deep knowledge and keep up with trends about Game/Nerd/Geek culture to help the customer with their needs.I was also responsible for setting up product displays within the store and replacing them as trends changed.We also needed to cover the register operators when the store was too crowded or when they were on their day off.
