Lead the Infrastructure Demand Management team end to end service delivery beginning with front end Operational Planning. Additional responsibilities:• Vendor manage dedicated resource pool budget• Generate reports, track and communicate operational metrics using ServiceNOW tracking tool• Collaborate and influence business leaders to work across functional and organizational lines to understand demand needs and resource capacity availability to deliver on organizational objectives• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Policies

 Managerial oversight of technical staff supporting the corporate identity management tool; OIM Managing internal/external customer relationships and communications Partnering with Change Management team to create/distribute customer communications Submitting and approving purchase orders in ARIBA for vendor invoices Team accountabilities include: o Supporting all environments (Prod, QA and Dev) for OIM,OIA and BI Publishero Integrating SOX applications into OIM to remediate a logical access significant deficiencyo Deploying new patches and upgrading applications for OIM,OIA and BI Publishero Enhancing application functionalities and fixing defectso Designing and implementing requirements to enhance the OIM applicationo Implementing reports in BI Publishero Providing audit related information to internal/external audit teams

• SOX recertification process owner; audited evidence risk analysis, control assessment, testing and reporting of ID provisioning and de-provisioning processes and compliance• Project focal point; internal coordination and project planning, submitting system requirements, creating documentation and training• Developed and maintained relationships to achieve cooperation between internal and external auditors, service partners, and vendors to achieve customer service expectations and meet operating level agreements (OLAs)• Analyzed existing processes and workflows to identify service gaps and recommend improvement solutions
