• Performing internal scales verification. • Completing online QC check sheets. • Conducting cleaning, personal hygiene, PPE and housekeeping inspection in the factory. • Preparing, printing, monitoring, and issuing correct tracking labels to packers. • Attending food safety training, and enforcing food safety culture in the factory. • Reporting quality and food safety issues to my supervisor.• Assessing product quality to approve or reject bad products.• Continuous improvement of packaging and health standards. • Helping packers to correctly package the correct amount of products per specifications, and ensure that the approved products are separated from rejected ones. • Using measuring instruments correctly to ensure that all product specifications are met.• Understanding various types of containers, preforms, and closures' anatomy to ensure that specifications are met.• Assisting shift technicians with setting, analysing and troubleshooting quality related issues such as flashing, non conforming neck finish, uneven wall thickness, skew labels, and other quality related issues.
