RMIT University successful launched the enhanced Enterprise Student Administration Management System (SAMS) to Vietnam in April 2024, replacing Vietnam’s existing Student Record System to support the RMIT Vietnam growth strategy, consolidate enterprise supported technologies and mitigate business continuity. The SAMS Up Program is one of the key priority and strategic technology projects for RMIT University which has significant and direct operational impacts across technology, process and people in Vietnam. This includes processes re-engineering, policies and governance, and ways of working for over 600 staff in Vietnam. My team and I developed all training assets and delivered the Go-live training, facilitating more than 80 interactive and hands-on sessions, and actively support UAT and hyper care activities.

At VRC a new POS (Point of Sale) system was implemented as a result of their business improvement initiative. My role was to design and develop the POS online learning solution for the front of house and customer service staff as part of the new induction program. The online courses helped approximately 2,000 casual/temp staff leading up to the annual Melbourne Cup Carnival to prepare for a smooth and efficient transition into their new role and work environment from the comfort of their own home.

Telstra's SIP Trunking over Broadband (SToA) Program, one of the top 10 projects in Telstra, was recognised as pioneering the delivery of Business SIP product into small businesses and enterprise customers alike.I was part of the OCM Team as the Change and Training Lead for the SToA program. Working on a very tight and aggressive time-frame with a fantastic team and through persistence, and resilience, I successfully delivered the training program across all key business areas on time and achieved satisfaction from all stakeholders. This contributed to the program receiving ATO approval to succeed go-live launch date bang on schedule!Further to this, I also contributed to:• Business Process Solution – worked closely with other business analysts, key stakeholders and SME’s to map out “As Is” and “To Be” processes which streamline and enhance the current business processes, and incorporate new processes into the day-to-day business activities.• Impact Assessment and Change Management Plan – worked closely with the change analysts, business sponsors and key stakeholders to complete an comprehensive impact assessment into all areas of the business which assisted the Organisational Change Manager and Project Manager to make inform decisions and advises to Committee Board on the Change Management Approach and Plan.

I was engaged by Articulate Consulting to work on updating and developing the training materials and UPK online simulations for the implementation of the Oracle's JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for MaxiTrans. MaxiTrans is one of Australia’s largest manufacturer and supplier of trailing transport equipment and solutions.For this short assignment I delivered on time and to client’s satisfaction all the UPK online modules. I also received positive feedback from the account manager and peers from the Articulate team.

I was engaged to work on reviewing and developing training and assessment resources to ensure they were suitable for both print and online solutions for a wide range of units of competency and AQF levels from the Business Services training package.

Reporting to IT Project Mangers, my responsibilities included the following project based deliverables:• Business Process Solution – worked closely with key stakeholders and SME’s to map out “As Is” and “To Be” processes to streamline and enhance the current business processes, and incorporate new processes into the day-to-day business activities. • Training Strategy and Plan – conducted comprehensive training needs analysis’s. Training solutions reflected the indepth understanding of change management with flexible approaches and methodologies that catered for diverse range of audiences.• Training Design – In consultation with the project manager and relevant SME’s, created training curriculum that map the courses’ learning outcomes with the business processes, functional requirements and end user roles. • Content development – developed a range of training documentations and eLearning simulations for online/ self-paced learning. Technology mediums used include Visio, Acrobat Pro, SnagIt, Adobe Captivate, and Oracle UPK, etc. • Training delivery – Facilitated client presentations, end user training sessions and super user training workshops via small group, classroom, workshop and webinar styles. • Training evaluation and support – designed both paper-based (MS Word) and online (in Survey Monkey, SharePoint, InfoPath) evaluation forms . Produced comprehensive post training review and lesson learnt reports.
