I was instrumental in hiring, mentoring, and, when necessary, making tough decisions like staff terminations. My role also involved optimizing workflows, ensuring alignment with client goals, and managing budgets to maximize profitability.

As a Project Manager at MORE, part of the Oliver and Inside Ideas Group family, I specialised in leading digital marketing initiatives for several Reckitt brands. My role was comprehensive, covering both targeted digital campaigns and 'Always On' social media projects. From concept to execution, I ensured that all initiatives were in strict alignment with brand goals and objectives.

Managed the on-time delivery of on-air, digital and print promotions. The core responsibilities included:• Creative Briefing• Resource Scheduling / Traffic Manager• Project managing• Conflict management• Client liaison & Client relations.

Direct contact and primary representative tasked with overseeing campaign output and liaising with clients on a regular basis. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Responsible for client invoicing, company incoming revenue and expenses. Provide supervision and management of work to internal and external vendors and staff such as post-production staff, talent and external film crew. Working closely with company director, offer input on project team member performance proactively and as requested.

Full managerial responsibility for the preproduction, production and postproduction of each live broadcast. Coordinating the logistics of the broadcast. Monitoring of Social Media accounts during and after the live broadcast. Maintaining the Stuttafords account liaising between client and company. Procured a system to transfer data from a mobile device to servers, simplifying the production process. Overhauled the onboarding and training process of new managers.

Liaised with clients to setup their advertisement inserts. Maintained the company’s existing relationships with each client. Ran sponsored competitions and giveaways. Managed the on-location crew schedules and logistics in terms of availability of members. Meeting filming completion deadlines.

Maintained the PRTNRS.tv website, updated and added new content, practicing basic HTML and CSS skills. Conducted market research on online concepts that engage with users across all borders for the Mars One project.

Developed non-intrusive advertising content for the Vital Health Foods, Hansgrohe and Pick ‘n Pay accounts. Other responsibilities entailed Layout designer for all advertorial print media for both Expresso and The Dr. Mol Show on SABC3.
