Manage and execute quality audits of apparel and accessory products; Maintain globalproduction quality via virtual factory tours and audits; Research raw materials and productdevelopment history to investigate quality issues; Monitor customer satisfaction via onlinereview database and retail store feedback; Present production deviations to global vendorpartners, internal cross-functional partners, and internal leadership.
